Right. I don't feel like "celebrating" my birthday anymore.
Just feel so weird. I don't know. It's like I always say. Birthdays are just an indication that you've taken another step towards your death date.

Jade can't stayover on Sat because of PO.
Yixi doesn't want to go because she wants to go to the airport overnight with her church friends.
HG is "probably" free.
Janson doesn't want to go because of tests.

So tell me, what's the point?

And Liwen, I think to have said "for fun" wasn't all that bad.
You know, when I don't mention it's a celebration, you actually see what people have to tend to if not for the undesired presence of a birthday.
To have them agree to attend on account of the occasion is simply having your birthday abase to nothing more than a burden and a hindrance to their original plans.

How pleasant is it then, to have yourself know that your birthday, which seemingly existed for the purpose of celebration, is nothing more than an encumbrance?

Nevertheless, thank you, Liwen, for offering to celebrate it with me in spite of whatever commitments you may have.
